Yoga DVDs - ever thought of giving yoga a try? Yoga supports mental health, stress management, mindfulness and more. We have a large selection of yoga DVDs for you to borrow, for adults, children, and all levels of fitness and expertise.

There are many benefits to gain from playing games and making puzzles. Both are great for your mental health, assisting in relieving stress, improving mood, increasing self confidence and helping prolong cognitive decline as you age. Think of puzzles and games as a workout for your brain...and they're just plain fun, too.
 
Games: borrow a new game or an old favourite from WPL. We have more than 60 games for all ages for you to choose from, with multiple copies of each. 

Puzzles: borrow a puzzle for yourself, for the kids or for the entire family. We have over 80 in our collection.
