    McCormick Branch

    Timing

    Mondays 5:30-8:00, Wednesdays 5:30-8:00, opposite Fridays 10-12 and Saturdays 10-12 (some flexibility with days and times)

    Estimated Start Date

    Monday, July 7, 2025, with three additional training dates prior to start date

    Estimated End Date

    Saturday, August 16, 2025

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide information about the Summer Reading Club to children and families
    • Assist customers with program registration.
    • Handout incentives and prizes.
    • Promote the Summer Reading Club and encourage participation.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys children.
    • Someone who is comfortable chatting with families.
    • Responsible and reliable applicants, who can commit to and fulfill the hours required for this position.
    • A team member who will enjoy working at the library.

    References are required for this volunteer position.
