Lunar New Year is joyfully celebrated by many Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean people and other cultural groups around the world. This year, the Lunar New Year falls on Wednesday, January 29.

Lunar New Year marks the beginning of the lunar calendar and is celebrated with festive traditions and cultural festivities. Come and join the celebration on Lantern Festival Day, marking the final day of New Year festivities, with music, performances, crafts, and activities.
Presented in partnership with WCCA – Waterloo Region Chinese Canadian Association.
This is a drop-in event. Everyone is welcome.
