Living with Loss Peer Support Group

Living With Loss is a peer grief support group for adults 18+ which provides a space to connect with others who are grieving a death. You do not have to attend every group session, but can select the sessions that suit your specific needs. You are welcome to join at any phase of your grief and attend for as long as you need the support.
Hydroponics at Home

Learn how hydroponics work! In this hands‑on session, you’ll get an inside look at the active hydroponic techniques used in our grow towers and discover how plants thrive without soil. After exploring how the system works, you’ll create your own self‑watering mason jar hydroponic setup to take home and continue growing on your own.
