About the Program
Create something magical with this hands-on, drop-in Augmented Reality experience using the Quiver app. Start by colouring a page, then watch your artwork pop off the screen as a moving 3D character or scene - bringing creativity and technology together in a fun, playful way. All materials are provided, and you get to take your creations home with you.

Pet Hospital

Bring your stuffie and role play medical scenarios. Kids will work through a variety of medical situations with their stuffie, including routine doctor’s visits, hospital activities (such as X-rays, vaccines, and medications) and health promotion stations (such as dental care, physical well-being, and hand hygiene).

STEM Pop-up with Engineering Science Quest
About the Program
Drop in with ESQ this March Break at one of two library locations and try out fun, hands‑on STEM activities perfect for curious kids and families! Each pop-up will feature two quick activity options, each taking about 5–15 minutes. Come by, experiment, play, and then head off to the rest of your March Break adventures!
Friendly Robot Club
About the Program
Read, move, and build like a robot in this playful, hands-on program. We’ll share robot stories, try “unplugged” coding activities by pretending we’re robots, and use art and building supplies to create our own pretend robots. Expect lots of imagination, movement, and creative building along the way.

LEGO WeDo Workshop with Stemotics
About the Program
In this hands-on program, kids dive into early robotics and engineering by building simple machines with LEGO bricks, motors, and sensors. Using a kid-friendly drag-and-drop coding platform, they explore movement, cause and effect, and how simple robotics work. Along the way, students strengthen creativity, problem-solving, and foundational STEM skills as they bring their creations to life through experimentation.

Connect with others and make friends in this welcoming program for newcomer youth focused on education and career exploration. Participants can practice their English while receiving academic and career guidance to help build confidence and plan for the future.
Glass Painting: Customize Your Own Cup

Living with Loss Peer Support Group
About the Program
Living With Loss is a peer grief support group for adults 18+ which provides a space to connect with others who are grieving a death. You do not have to attend every group session, but can select the sessions that suit your specific needs. You are welcome to join at any phase of your grief and attend for as long as you need the support.
