I wanted to share some positive feedback about Kelly I. She helped me with printing today, and her calm and patient manner made the whole process comfortable and stress-free for me. I truly appreciate her support and would like to give her a shout-out for her excellent assistance.
With all the new charging ports installed at the Main (Library), it’s a game-changer for those of us who rely on our laptops. It’s super convenient and makes working here so much easier. Plus, the view from the laptop bar is absolutely stunning—truly inspiring. I can see myself spending even more time here now!
I have always loved the library and I feel like your space is so well spaced and decorated for the young audience. Also encourages the kids to love reading and appreciate books. Keep up the good work and I actually love coming to the Waterloo library to relax mentally and the staff are friendly.
I had came to Waterloo Public Library when I was a little kid with my parents. I had loved every minute of it. I had really liked looking at all of the books that were in the children’s section. I would remember as a little kid getting a library card. It was a great experience that I had decided to come back to this day.
I have a passion to explore and learn so books and libraries are my go to places. I love going to all the locations in Waterloo. I am glad that I have the cozy quiet corner in Eastside Branch for myself where I can escape into the world of book. Additionally, my experience with the staff has always been top notch they are helpful and friendly. I genuinely appreciate the service provided.
I had a wonderful time at the Eastside Branch last night for the Shari Lapena / Nicole Lundrigan event. The moderator Kayleigh Platz was excellent and the staff made the event flow nicely. And what a beautiful library.
I attended the author meet and greet with Nicole Lundrigan and Shari Lapena last night and I wanted to share with everyone what an amazingly organized event this was! There were no delays, everything was working properly, the book signings were conducted so quickly despite of there being over a 100 people there. I hope this library puts up more events!
I remember going to the [Main Library] every Wednesday with my mum as a kid. I love WPL for these formative memories and now I bring my own son to the [Main Library] and [John M. Harper Branch] and I know I’m making the same memories for him.
Access to physical and digital books, community programs, printing resources, games and movies. Immigrated to Canada 2 years ago and [have been] visiting WPL since. It has a lot of lovely memories associated.
